Used once and wore out, tried to contact manufacturer, but as it failed in less than 30 day from purchase, they were not interested.

I have purchased 3 of these rakes and within a total of about 8 hours, they have all worn out. I have now purchased a diamond disc cutter for my angle grinder which is cutting the mortar a lot easier.
